Mr. Dotson served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at mp3.com where he helped create a new and exciting music delivery portal to the internet. He also helped deliver one of the most highly valued IPO s in NASDAQ history, raising a total of $344 million at a first day share price of $108. Prior to that Mr. Dotson served as Director of Software Engineering at Netscape Communications. He was responsible for the creation and maintenance of large enterprise intranet deployments worldwide solving problems for a wide variety of blue chip clients as well as The United States Government. Mr. Dotson was honored to personally design, deploy and instruct his Holiness, Pope John Paul II in the use of his first email client at the Vatican in Rome.  He contributed to the design and development of the Netcenter portal and helped pioneer email marketing and affiliate programs. In 1998 Netscape was sold to AOL for $4.2 Billion.

At the turn of the millennium he was invited by the Governor of California to give the keynote speech at a major annual conference in London called CAL-IT. At the invitation of a European consortium of business people, he relocated to London to help promote the growth of the internet. He consulted with major corporations and was a popular speaker at Universities like Cambridge, Oxford, The London Business School and LSE. In 2003, Mr. Dotson founded PalmTree Technology, a company specializing in web security specifically for use in mobile banking. He served as CEO until 2008 when chose to return his family to the US. PalmTree Technology continues to thrive in the global banking industry, most notably securing all mobile transactions for companies like HSBC, the world’s largest commercial bank. In 2009 pH413 Inc. was founded by Mr. Dotson and Mr. Tankersley.

Delon Dotson holds advanced degrees in Technology and Law. He was awarded an honorary degree from Oxford University where a scholastic prize is given in his name. He is a member of the Academy of Recording Arts (The Grammy’s) and his name appears in the 2003 edition of International Who’s Who.

Mr. Ciccarelli is the principal and founder of LAC Associates, LLC, a Tax and Financial Management consulting firm in business for over 20 years. Other than doing tax and business consulting for over 1,000 individuals and businesses, Mr. Ciccarelli specializes in early stage financing, asset acquisition, organization design, and management consulting on newly created ventures and start-up companies.

Prior to starting LAC Associates, LLC, Mr. Ciccarelli’s resume includes almost 10 years of Wall Street firm experience with Gordon, Haskett and Co. where he specialized in evaluating tax matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, evaluating money manager trends in the investment markets, and secuirites research on a wide range of investment vehicles including stocks, bonds, cash positions and derivatives.

Mr. Ciccarelli has also been referenced in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal , Barons and on Money Line with Lou Dobbs. His professional memberships include the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, National Society of Accountants, National Society of Tax Professionals and the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Finally, a veteran of the armed forces, Mr. Ciccarelli served actively in the United States Army (Reserve) from 1991 to 2005 where he was deployed to Ground Zero on September 12th, 2001, among many other places and served with the US Army Special Operations Community where he was appointed Chief Developer and Training Specialist for Reserves Special Operations (Civil Affairs) and Field Training Exercise Manager for the Reserve Special Operations (Civil Affairs) Forces.

Academically Mr. Ciccarelli earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a special emphasis in accounting from University of Rhode Island, and has done graduate studies in taxation from University of New Haven, and a Government Accounting Certificate from the Department of Defense School of Finance.

Brian is currently Senior Director of Music/Senior Producer at Lakewood Church, Houston, TX, pastored by Joel Osteen. Previously, he served as Director of A&R at Word Records before spending 20 years as an independent producer and mixer. He has worked with artists in a wide range of genres, including Ray Charles, Shania Twain, Faith Hill, Brooks & Dunn, George Jones, Martina McBride, Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, DC Talk, tobyMac, Israel Houghton, Gino Vannelli, Sara Evans, Kirk Whalum, Charlotte Church, and many others. Producer of dozens of #1 records in the Hot 100, Country and Contemporary Christian markets, as well as being a Grammy recipient, Brian is intimately acquainted with all aspects of the Christian music market and it’ s executive personnel.

While attending the University of New Orleans, Steven  worked with many local musicians as a drummer while also taking on the duties of “Sound Engineer”.

Steven’s audio career began in 1979 when he toured with a local group that opened for a very young Stevie Ray Vaughn in Austin, Texas. Relocating to the Northeast in 1983, Steven focused his efforts in audio system’s design engineering, as well as helping to form several area Christian music groups that toured the New England region.

In 1992, he was hired by a local sound company and was able to gain great experience working for a local venue booking world class entertainers such as BB King, Harry Bellefonte, Ray Charles, Kenny Logins, Dr John, Yes, Judy Collins, Jefferson Starship, John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band and George Benson. He gained much experience and knowledge working on these shows and dedicated his future to working in the pro-audio field.

In 2003. Steven took a job as the acting design engineer with North American Theatrix of Waterbury, CT. He was responsible for audio system’s design for venues including the Palace Theater in Waterbury, The Kennedy Center in Washington DC, the Museum of Natural History in New York City, as well as the Mohegan Sun Casino’s music venues and hotel. Steven still consults for North American Theatrix where he recently completed a project for the MGM Grand facility at Foxwoods in CT.

In 2010, Steven was Virtus™ certified by the Archdiocese of Bridgeport, CT. VIRTUS is the brand name that identifies best practices programs designed to help prevent wrongdoing and promote “rightdoing” within religious organizations. The VIRTUS programs empower organizations and people to better control risk and improve the lives of all those who interact with the Church. The VIRTUS programs are a platform that provide the foundation, and also, the superstructure, of all the risk control (loss prevention/loss control) initiatives undertaken by National Catholic on behalf of its shareholders and the Church.

Producer, Recording Engineer and GRAMMY AWARD Winning Music Editor Chris Brown participated in more than 25 LP & CD projects, with the Paul Winter Consort, which earned numerous Grammy nominations. His studio consulting clients include Film & Television composers Mark Snow and Alan Menken. Drawing on a 30 year career spanning the Analog and Digital Recording eras, Chris teaches Music Technology for PH 413 as well as for Wooster School in Danbury, CT.

Career highlights include many recordings made on-location in the Cathedral of Saint John the Divine in New York, the largest Gothic Cathedral in the world: Five albums for the Paul Winter Consort, two featuring the Choristers of the Cathedral and a highly-acclaimed recording of the Cathedral Organ. After recording there with Chris, Pianist Mark Kelso named his album “Cathedral” in honor of the majestic building.

In addition to more than 50 albums recorded on-location, Chris has extensive experience recording and producing music for video, film and television. Trained for a career as a classical and jazz musician at Oberlin Conservatory of Music, he continues to perform as a bassist & trumpet player. He is a long-time member of NARAS, the Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.

Christian Martirano is an industry veteran serving the musical instrument manufacturing community. Mr. Martirano holds a Bachelor of the Arts in keyboard performance and composition, as well as a Master of the Arts in Teaching. He served as Director of Product Development for 12 years at Kurzweil Music Systems, a well-known synthesizer manufacturer where he was responsible for some of the most innovative synthesizers ever created.While at Kurzweil, Mr. Martirano earned 6 TEC (Technical Excellence in Creativity) Awards fro the Mix Foundation and is listed in Who’s Who Global Business Leaders in 1993 & 1994.

From 2004 – 2006 Christian worked for M-Audio, a division of Avid, developing high quality music instrument products utilizing low cost, state of the art manufacturing techniques. He was responsible for crafting sounds for their keyboard line of products.

Christian has programmed synthesizer programs for most of the major keyboard manufacturers including: Roland, Yamaha, Kurzweil, Korg, Nord, and others. He has also served as Director of International Business Development for Synthogy, creators of the industry benchmark for virtual piano recreation in software. The award winning Ivory Grand Pianos, Italian Grand, and Upright Pianos, are recognized as the de facto in excellence. He routinely programmed synthesizers for Broadway shows and touring US companies. He is the choir director/accompanist for St. Francis Xavier Parish in New Milford, and is the acting keyboardist for the New Milford United Methodist Church.

In addition, Christian has a strong background in graphic art design, website design and IT systems. With his strong technical product development background, marketing and design skills, and knowledge of the music manufacturing /retail network, Christian will help to develop a pH413 brand of products.

Rob Jackson has been working in the music industry for over 20 years. He graduated from Western Ct State Univ 1991 with a degree in Sociology. Rob has extensive experience in all aspects of retail operations including purchasing, shipping and receiving, inventory management systems, and billing and credit procedures. Rob is also skilled in the areas of advertising, marketing, sales training, internet sales, retail networking, and merchandising. Rob worked with the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) on in store retail programs. Rob is the Youth Director at Drew United Methodist Church in Carmel, NY. Rob has performed as lead singer with many bands in throughout his life, and is the lead singer in Limelight, the nations’ #1 Rush tribute band.
